Talent Sourcer/Technical Recruiter (Remote)
Clostra is a growing artificial Intelligence (AI) company looking to expand our team by adding an internal technical recruiter to assist with the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of software engineers, machine learning engineers, technical writers, and others. Clostra uses state-of-the-art machine learning to create innovative solutions for defense, medicine, and business.

Responsibilities:
Maintain job postings on company website, Indeed, Handshake, Craigslist, LinkedIn, etc.
Help identify staffing needs and coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
Write job postings
Manage sourcing tools that require that we use their platform (e.g. Indeed)
Keep internal recruiting pipeline tool updated (currently Monday.com)
Manage internal recruiting processes, including: scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, forcing decision making, writing offers, getting them executed, and conducting reference and background checks
Conduct first technical screening interviews by pro forma criteria, including: US personhood, US based, and availability
Manage communications with candidates informing them of their status in hiring process
Conduct initial non-technical screening call with candidates to ensure an understanding of Clostra’s philosophy and the job opportunity, filling in any gaps in their background, and looking for any general warning signs
Strategize about high-leverage hires (e.g. key employees who can pull others in from their professional networks)
Craft company communications (e.g. on website, blog ,social media) around company and work culture
Improve overall hiring processesDesign and create digital content for our website, social media feeds, and products
Applicant Requirements:
3+ years technical recruitment experience in an engineering environment
Relevant degree and equivalent experience
Effective computer skills used with interactive job sites and for reporting results
Experience conducting research for candidate generation
CTS/ATS experience with managing, tracking and sourcing candidatesJob Types:
