Meet Our Team.
Clostra is a diverse group of dedicated computer engineers, technical experts, researchers, program managers and U.S. veterans working from San Francisco to Washington, D.C. to bring innovative machine learning capabilities to multiple industries and partners. Clostra has been a fully remote company from its inception and our distributed team members design their own workflow to integrate work into their lives in the ways that work best for them and to meet our customers needs.
Leadership
What our employees are saying.
“I’ve worked for Clostra for more than two years and the challenges our team has engaged in are among some of the most interesting problems facing the industry. Clostra is not a large company yet and the warm and supportive team encourages personal growth and creativity in problem solving. Working on these projects has provided me with invaluable professional growth. Beyond that, the work is meaningful for the world. Each project tackles specific urgent needs that greatly impact lives, other than those of higher sales revenue or better marketing ROI. Clostra is an organization that I see myself a part of for years to come.”
— Jayme F., Software Engineer
“I’ve worked at Clostra for about a year and a half. During this period, I participated in a number of remarkable projects that required the application of every aspect of my engineering background. If there is a technology in need of the expertise Clostra can offer, we are encouraged to pursue it. We’re a company making big waves. Working at Clostra changed the trajectory of my life and those of us fortunate enough to be invited into the group. Brainstorming innovation is what we do, and who comes up with the next great idea doesn’t matter. Forget all you hear about gender-(or other)-biased tech organizations. When it comes to Clostra, we’re all equal. In the short time I’ve been a contributor to Clostra’s growth, I’ve tackled AI topics (machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning) that only a handful of people in the world work on. This may best characterize work at Clostra: it’s a private organization that feels like a research institute or university. Like any research organization, we work hard!”
